Privacy & your choices
This page explains the information used by UniversitySathi’s enquiry forms and student tools. If you have a question about your information, email support@universitysathi.in.
When you request guidance
Enquiry forms ask for your name, mobile number, optional email address and program interest. An enquiry can also include the university or tool you were viewing, the page it came from, your contact consent and when it was submitted.
We use these details to respond to your request and help you explore course options. The counselling workspace stores enquiry history, follow-up notes and status updates so the team can manage your request. You can browse university and course pages without submitting a guidance form.
When you use a student tool
Our tools save the tool name, calculation inputs, result and time of use for operational analysis. Using a tool does not require you to provide a name, phone number or email address. Please avoid entering contact details or other sensitive information in calculation fields.
Cookies and browser preferences
The light/dark theme switch saves your choice in your browser’s local storage so it can be restored when you return. You can remove that preference through your browser’s site-data settings. Without a saved choice, the website can use your device’s preferred color scheme.
An authentication cookie keeps authorized administrators signed in to the counselling workspace. This cookie is separate from the theme preference. Clearing browser cookies may sign an administrator out.
Contact consent and your choices
The guidance forms ask you to agree to contact about your enquiry before you submit it. To ask us to stop contacting you, correct a detail or remove a submitted enquiry, email support@universitysathi.in. Include enough information to help the team find your request, and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to universities or other information sources. Those websites have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information or making a payment there.
